A free Doodle alternative built for executive assistants.
Doodle is a well-known general scheduling tool. Quorum is made for one job: helping an EA find a time that works for executives and board members.
Why EAs switch
When you coordinate senior people, every extra step costs a reply. EAs want a poll their executives can answer in seconds, and a clear view of who still needs a push.
What's different
- No login for executives. Invitees open a link, enter their name, and answer. No account, no password.
- Nudges. See who hasn't answered and send a reminder with one click.
- Response tracking. One dashboard shows every answer, highlights the best time, and lets you lock the final slot.
- Option to hide answers. Choose whether respondents can see each other's availability.
- Own time zone. Each person sees the options in their own local time.
- Clean and clutter-free. No pop-ups, no upsells, no busy screens. Just your poll, your times, and your answers, so your executives can respond in seconds.
